Material Overview

PE hard foam is a dense, closed-cell polyethylene foam that is moisture and airtight, making it highly resistant to chemicals. This matte, black foam feels firm yet resilient, similar to high-end packaging materials or flight case inlays. It is specially selected for laser cutting: sharp, clean cut edges without black residue, with a slightly kerf-sensitive bevel.
